The Role

Leading the way in clinical leadership for our Medicines Optimisation Services and spearheading projects throughout the NHS, we are excited at the opportunity ahead for an experienced medicines optimisation pharmacist familiar with NHS operations. This role involves crafting and implementing medicines optimisation programs for GP practices, aiming to achieve outstanding outcomes for patients, healthcare professionals, and Primary Care organisations. Our goal is to surpass expectations in the implementation process, fostering exceptional patient interaction. You will act in the capacity of Safeguarding Lead across the Group.

 

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
